When Covid-19 hit Hobbycraft found themselves in a unique set of circumstances. Brits embraced taking up new hobbies and seeking escapism in crafting. Hobbycraft saw this as a great opportunity to capture a new audience at each stage of the user journey and increase their brand awareness by testing opportunities through BVOD and YouTube channels.
