Twill, a Maersk subsidiary, streamlines ocean and inland freight logistics for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). With transparent pricing, simplified paperwork, and robust tracking, Twill enables SMEs to focus on growth while ensuring efficient supply chains. The goal was to secure 3,000 new customers, leveraging Meta and LinkedIn.

The challenge was reshaping SMEs' perception of logistics complexity. Twill's strategy harnessed Meta's targeting precision and LinkedIn's professional network to deploy impactful video and static ads, spotlighting Twill's value proposition. Remarkable results include over 100% QoQ growth in paid social leads and bookings, a 79% CPL reduction, and YoY bookings and leads surging by 600% and 240%, respectively. Notably, 5% of new customers were digitally acquired with a 60% LnS attachment ratio. The campaign contributed 22% of new 2022 customers and maintained cost-efficiency despite market challenges.
