Despite current industry challenges, why do you think the awards are important in celebrating the work of organisations?
I think that the negative aspects of our industry are often overly focused on and pushed on social media etc. Things such as "AI will make us all obsolete", "X makes redundancies" need to be countered by the celebration of our industry successes and up and coming stars. Awards and the vast peripheral content generated around them help people see what good looks like and have a positive reinvigorating effect on all involved. I have seen this first hand at Epiphany, Jaywing and now HUB.
