We stick to our Tug motto of Work Hard and Be Nice to People, reflected in our key successes for 2022.

From August 2021 to June 2022, we have won 11 new clients in the UK, driving over 1.1 million of revenue into the business against a target of 1.5 million for the year, achieving 73% of our 2022 new business target by the end of H1. We have won four awards and been shortlisted for two more - with some yet to announce the winners. Tug is committed to our work with associations such as IAB Speakers for Schools, BIMA Digital and Digirise mentoring. The development of our guidance and training to ensure the wellbeing of our employees continues to enhance the way we work and elevate our approach to working with clients and employees alike. Our revenue growth across the year for all clients was 40%, and 34% year on year. In the UK we grew by 20% - allowing us to increase headcount over the period by 20%. With this profit growth we’ve been able to channel investment back into tool innovation. Tug’s in-house proprietary tools and technology supports our engineering team to create new Data Suite services and deliver exceptional tech solutions for all our clients. This is the key to growth and will drive client performance and results. To win this award would accentuate the hard work and dedication of our teams who have strived to deliver outstanding results and drive growth for our clients.
