Despite current industry challenges, why do you think the awards are important in celebrating the work of organisations?
Social and marketing teams are often overlooked, especially in bigger companies, and the work they do is seen as 'easy' or not important in driving sales. On the contrary marketing teams are often closest to the consumer and have a deep understanding of what's working and what's not when it comes to the product or service being sold. As such, awards like these are a beautiful way to show appreciation for the hard work of these teams who should be celebrated more often.
