The Discovery System
Journey Further
At its core is the Relative Discovery Score (RDS), which analyses 100+ signals across paid, organic, AI and social surfaces to answer three questions — is a brand present where decisions are made, correctly interpreted by people and machines, and building momentum that compounds over time? Unlike share-of-voice or brand tracking tools, RDS is built for the agentic era, accounting for how AI platforms decide what to surface rather than only how people search.
Built between June 2025 and May 2026, the system was validated sector-by-sector rather than assuming a universal model, with 197 brands assessed across fashion, travel, finance and retail. That validation surfaced distinct sector patterns: travel skews Presence-led, finance weights Interpretation more heavily, and retail shows stronger Momentum effects through reviews and service signals.
The results speak to both rigour and commercial impact: a 34% average improvement in primary performance metric across submitted client case studies, and RDS proving 1.7x more correlated with month-on-month market-share movement than share of voice alone. For Gym King, the system identified the core Discovery constraint and redirected activity accordingly, driving an 89% improvement in revenue year-on-year at improved ROAS.
