END. Clothing is a leading retailer of high-end fashion. In 2022, the company appointed Tug to lead their SEO strategy, as organic growth had plateaued during 2020 and 2021. This led to an over-reliance on Paid Media, which END. were keen to reduce.

We worked on maximising visibility for non-END. brand pages and category and department pages. It was also important for us to capitalise on sales periods by expanding keyword targeting for brand-specific terms at the right time. We employed several key tactics to improve the organic search visibility for END.’s enterprise-level site. The campaign was a resounding success. From April 2022 to April 2023, we helped END. renew their organic growth after a period of stagnation, reducing reliance on Paid Media. In Q1 of 2023, we saw a 20% increase in organic sessions on the UK site and 10% on the US site. Despite a financially tumultuous year, we increased revenue by 35% YoY for the UK market and 28% for the US market.
