Head of Digital , Responsible Marketing Advisory

As Head of Digital at Responsible Marketing Advisory, I lead a team of experts driving growth for brands and publishers. With over a decade of experience in digital advertising, I've developed a deep understanding of marketing and media strategy and their impact on business outcomes. I'm passionate about making the industry safer and more equitable for everyone. In 2025, I launched a petition calling on the advertising industry to strengthen codes of conduct, establish trauma-informed reporting mechanisms, and take greater accountability for the safety of all attendees at industry events. The petition received over 1,000 signatures and was covered by Campaign, PRWeek, Adweek and Campaign Asia. I'm also co-founder of The Women in Programmatic Network, a global community of thousands of incredible women, celebrating their achievements and creating opportunities for growth and development. Outside of work, I'm a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist, helping people find balance, get fitter, and enjoy exercise.

Despite current industry challenges, why do you think the awards are important in celebrating the work of organisations?

Awards matter most when industries are under pressure to change. Recognising the best work, the sharpest thinking and the most innovative approaches does not just reward the organisations behind them. It sets a benchmark for the whole industry, a shared sense of what good looks like at a moment when that definition is actively being rewritten. In a period where AI is reshaping how media is planned, bought and measured, celebrating genuine excellence helps distinguish real progress from noise. It also reminds people across the industry, at every level, that behind the technology and the transformation there are still teams doing exceptional work. That is worth recognising, and worth aspiring to.
