New Look challenged MediaVision to drive incremental ecommerce growth from non-brand traffic via SEO, despite having no available internal IT support for onsite technical updates. MediaVision approached this by developing a bespoke set of tools to identify and automate optimisation opportunities across 11,000 keywords.

The goal was to drive the organic channel to become New Look's most effective sales channel, and the results were stellar. We delivered a 20% increase in non-brand traffic, a 15% increase in non-brand revenue, and a 10x increase in ROI by significantly improving visibility across top 3 rankings. This innovative technology was used successfully by a number of teams at New Look to create a unified approach to SEO across marketing, merchandising and buying.
