In 2020, Harvey Nichols’ overarching objective was to generate new customers to increase brand awareness through market share. As part of this strategy, Rakuten Advertising supported a new partnership with Harvey Nichols and Cardlytics – a unique card-linking publisher through its affiliate network. This allowed the brand to reach to relevant new audiences and communicate with existing and lapsed shoppers via the trusted environment of the customer’s bank.
