H&M has been one of the top global retail accounts on the Rakuten Advertising network, with successful programs in 40 markets, and markets itself as a high-fashion leader amongst mid-market retail brands. The challenge presented to Rakuten Advertising in 2024 by H&M was clear: how can we strategically optimise our marketing efforts to effectively reach and engage young European women aged 18-35. The strategy to achieve this was to work with Stylink to identify influencers who could help grow revenue and increase the influencer generated revenue. The result? The campaign delivered truly exceptional results, far surpassing our ambitious targets and setting a new benchmark for influencer marketing performance within H&M’s global programme.
