With the launch of their Galaxy S24 FE scheduled for October 2024, Samsung UK needed a bold search strategy that cut through the noise of a crowded market. With this in mind, Performics @ Starcom were tasked with enhancing their presence in paid search, boosting traffic and revenue and building on Samsung’s established search setup. Our strategy centred on an AI-first approach with three key goals: rapid market reaction, a more than 50% increase in quality traffic, and a revenue surge of over 20%.

We implemented bold measures, employing a streamlined broad match campaign with smart bidding techniques to reduce keywords by 50%. This strategy was complemented by Performance Max (Pmax), which captured extra traffic and conversions across Google’s network from high-intent buyers. Our multifaceted setup covered all angles and significantly reduced both complexity and setup time.

The result? We smashed expectations, delivering a 24% revenue hike and a massive 139% increase in quality site visits. The efficient use of AI and consolidated campaign mechanisms reduced management time by three hours weekly, allowing for further optimisations and revenue enhancement.
