Croud was created in 2011 to change the way things work in digital marketing - both in terms of leveraging a unique business model to provide clients with superior service and results, but also to change the way people work in digital. This means giving employees - both in-house and in Croud’s network of on-demand digital experts known as ‘Croudies’ - a better work-life balance and more flexibility. It has been another exciting year at Croud, as we welcomed VERB Brands and impakt advisors into the Croud group in December 2021, have seen our team grow by over 100 people, and welcomed a myriad of clients to our portfolio. We have remained focused on developing our culture, diversity and inclusion agenda, and internal training opportunities, and to that end have invested in extra resource to support these areas. A testament to our focus on culture was Croud placing #2 in top 5 large companies, in Campaign’s Best Place to Work 2022, and #55 overall. We have always championed our people at Croud in line with our three values: passion, imagination and integrity, and are proud of what we continue to achieve together.
